The principal shareholder and Director of DDL is Jeremy Philp whose experience as a senior partner of a professional firm of surveyors in South Africa and involvement in a number of successful areas of property investment and development, as variously an advisor, development partner and principal, covers some 40 years in South Africa, France and the United Kingdom.
 

 

DDL is a property development and investment company operating principally in the southern half of England and Wales, but with interests in the past in Scotland and France. Mixed Use or Commercial development projects make up the bulk of the company’s business and encompass all aspects of planning, demolition, decontamination, construction and marketing.

  

 

DDL outsources much of its professional work and employs a panel of consultants, well-known for the quality of their work and their commitment to design excellence and successful project delivery. Most of the team are prize and award winners for some of their past work.

All projects are carefully conceived and evaluated for their environmental qualities: construction methods, materials and the technologies employed all represent tried and tested industry solutions. Running and maintenance costs of the completed buildings are always areas of concern and the most effective and economic systems are examined in great detail before being included in a specification.
